Match Group is shaking up the leadership of Tinder in an effort to reignite the spark with the app's shareholders. CEO Renate Nyborg is being replaced by Match Group's new CEO Bernard Kim, and three other executives are being moved over from other Match Group companies to help shore up Tinder's lagging brand perception. Most notably, CMO Melissa Hobley is shifting from her role as OkCupid's global chief marketing officer to become Tinder's CMO, and chief strategy officer Faye Iosotaluno is taking on the COO role.
